Downbeach Film Festival and Richard Stockton College - Dante Hall Theater present the second in a monthly series of Movies at Dante on August 11. Each series features films tied to a particular theme. In addition, experts will provide insight into the movies and hold Q & A’s.
The August 11 theme showcases the films of director and writer, John Hughes. The two movies chosen include "Trains, Planes & Automobiles," starring Steve Martin and John Candy, and "The Breakfast Club," with Emilio Estevez, Judd Nelson and Molly Ringwald. The first begins at 6 p.m.; the second begins at 8 p.m. Introduction and Q & A for each will be run by Joe Molineaux, Director at Small Business Development Center at Richard Stockton College and a Hughes fanatic.
Tickets are $5 per session and $8 for both. The third series - Back to School - will run September 8.
